I doubt you'll find a CSS layout that incorporates frames, as most
develoeprs still avoid them like the plague. However, don't be afraid
to modify an existing layout to suit your needs! These are just
supposed to be starting points, not completed layouts. Add what you
need, and when you run into problems, email the list with a URL and
we'll help.
