Mac IE: Identical files, different results???

The first style sheet 
(http://www.centennialcounseling.com/style_one.css)  calls the the 
background image via an unknown/undefined selector !!
View the style sheet in IE Mac , and you'll see the problem.

(tip: It is that BOM thing, when you use BBEdit, make sure you save 
UTF-8 without BOM)
