Based upon my unscientific sample, none do.

When replying to site check requests here and elsewhere over the past
couple of years, I've sometimes asked authors of such sites about their
own browser pref setting(s). I can't recall a single instance of one who
doesn't respect the user default in the stylesheets they write who has
set any browser he designs with to anything other than the default as
originally shipped with the browser and a virgin profile. Invariably the
reason(s) for this is/are one or more of the following:

1-most users don't know how to change their default
2-most users don't know they can change their default
3-the shipped browser default is too big
