You are right, both -moz-inline-block and -moz-inline-box exist, probably each with different problems, as mentioned here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9458 In this case the solution suggested by Susanne is probably the voice of sanity :-) , but there cases when inline-block could really be useful.
