I like the setup, it's simple and clear. My kind of thing ;o)
There's one thing, though, that I would do different. Make an inline
scroller in the contents part, so that not the entire page scrolls when
there's more text than fits the screen. It'll make the site a bit more neat,
especially when you have the amount of text in for example the accessability
part.
