Forms on Mac woes

Sent by David Leader on 23 September 2004 23:11

Joelle Tegwen clarified that his problems with
<http://ci.education.umn.edu/tegwe002/indexDev.asp>
on the Mac related to IE 5.2 and Safari.

Boy, complicated stuff! Forms are a nightmare. You aren't really
surprised, are you?

My only suggestion is that the problem is in the html not the css,
and these Mac browsers may be confused by <fieldset> - perhaps not
supporting these unmac-like keyboard things. Anyway your collapsed
pull-down menus seem to be in that area. Is it the fact that the
fieldsets overlap, or that they have different styles? Sorry not to
be of more help, I'd never heard of the fieldset tag before.
