Forms on Mac woes

Joelle, I would first suggest you upgrade Safari to v1.2.3 ( the latest 
version) I believe it may solve some of the problems you are seeing.

I'm a newbie myself so I can speak directly to your problems,

seems to work under Safari 1.2.3
