Basically, no. Don't bother designing for NN 4.0, as it makes up less
than 1% of the market (probably lower than 0.5%) and basically there
is no need to. Go for IE5+, NN6/7, Firefox/Mozilla, Opera and Safari.
If you get all those covered (which you seem to have), it'll be fine.
