What does this validator error mean?

Technically, "orange" is not a valid CSS 2.0 color keyword. Note
that most browsers support it, though, and it will be a valid keyword
if CSS 2.1 is ever confirmed as more than a Candidate Recommendation.

Anyone know why this is so slow, BTW? The CSS 2.1 spec has been
virtually unchanged for about a year now, and the W3C's own home page
has even removed the link to the 2.0 spec in preference to linking
the 2.1 version. Isn't it about time to allow us "to cite this
document as other than a work in progress"? IMO, it is time to let
this thing loose.
