Er, um.  The point of setting the border color was to make it match 
the background so that you would "remove" the borders on linked 
images in NN4.  If you then set the background to show the alt text, 
the borders will be visible, too.  In NN4 it is a choice: can you 
stand to have the image borders or is it OK to have the alt text 
invisible?  One or the other.
