Table set to width="100%" breaks float/margin layout in IE

Hi Robert,

All three pages work fine in:
MAC/OS 9.2.2;
IEMAC/5.1.2,
However with Mozilla 1.2.1,  the 10px  top margin in #nav-content is 
pushing div#nav down.
Changing:
#nav-content  { margin: 0  10px 10px; padding-top:10px }
or adding a clearing div before #nav-content, fixes mozilla without 
bothering IE/MAC
