Use the a:link and a:visited only if they are each a little different from
each other. The proper order would be as I've listed below:
a{font-size:1em; text-decoration:none;}
a:link{color:#000;}
a:visited{color:#999;}
a:hover{color:#699; text-decoration:underline;}
