I believe that xhtml requires lowercase tags and attributes. Other than
that, it's a preference. I like all lowercase with comments in
uppercase, but hey, that's just me.
But this is most definitely not about css, so let me make it that by
saying I like my css all lowercase, but I often use mixed case names, as
in #MainNavs
