font size - what is the best approach?

Wouldn't they have benefited more if the intranet pages contained general
hints on setting font size in browsers? That would have helped people on
_many_ pages, including all Internet pages that don't intentionally
prevent normal resizing from working.

But if you vote for text resizing widgets on your pages, the question
immediately arises how people will learn to use all the _different_
widgets on different sites. I haven't seen any attempt to create any
common "standard" for the widgets. On the contrary, they are positioned
differently, look different, and work differently.
