No, you don't use the Holly Hack to target WinIE, you use it give WinIE
a small height. You use the Star HTML part of it to target IE, and the
Mac Backslash part of it to hide it from MacIE, so only WinIE sees the
height: 1%. The Holly Hack is made up of two separate hacks (Star HTML
and Mac Backslash) and the tiny height property.
