I disagree - the coolest thing about this solution is you can then use
it anywhere you want page specific css effects but still share a
common template layout (barring the body tag admittedly). I use it so
much I've ended up getting in the habit of almost always coding the
body element with such a tag. Presumably you could automate this with
DOCUMENT_NAME variable and SSI, never tried though.
