I've read that Safari and MSN for OS X support [1] the ::selection [2]
pseudo-element, it is a pseudo-element, right? ;-) But I haven't a Mac
to test it on. I've also read that the properties allowed to style
selection text is also limited as is outlined in the W3C doc referenced
below. Though I would agree with other sentiments, messing with the UI
in such a way is annoying, but hey it's your page right!
