Before you rollover, there is a persistant horizontal scrollbar.  
Rolling over the nav makes it go away, so that's why you see the shift.  
Definitely check out the padding properties on your body to make sure 
everything doesn't total to more than 100% width.  That would be what's 
causing the persistant scroll.
