How come the link styles dont render in Firefox

I dont know. It looks the same in Opera though so I'm guessing that IE is
doing something that it shouldnt.
I have cut and paste the relevant code into mini HTML and CSS files and
still get the problem.
This calls for a cup of coffee! :)
