which css template best to start from

Sent by Sri Kat on 26 July 2004 15:03

I am not sure how good this method is, but I am using the 3 column
layout at http://css.maxdesign.com.au/selectutorial/tutorial_intro.htm
for http://gmailerxp.sourceforge.net/

Everything is explained step-by-step. If you are new to CSS like me,
you should check it out. While on the topic, can anyone go through it
and tell me if there's a better layout technique than this?
