Coding Standards

Are there any commonly accepted guidelines or coding standards for CSS? e.g. naming conventions, CSS
file structure and layout, dos and don'ts, best/worst practices, etc.

It may be necessary to think of this in the wider context of HTML/CSS/scripting generally.
