Oh joy. And here I was thinking that XHTML 1.0 was exactly the same as
HTML 4.01 aside from the changes enforced by using XML instead of SGML.
<sigh>
That said, while it might be formally deprecated, it has now become one
of those few exceptions which are in XHTML 1.0 Strict but still
deprecated.
