As long as your forum copy of the list cannot be accessed by the
public-- by which I mean that it's protected by password access or
something stronger than simply not advertising its existence-- then I
have no objections. I know I've said somewhere along the line,
although possibly not in the post Dave referenced, that people who
want to set up their own private NNTP or Web-based mirrors of the
list are free to do so. Public mirrors are not acceptable, for a
variety of reasons.
