My wife's Word-Press blog came with a textarea for comments that sizes
the textarea with rows and columns AND sets its width to 100%, which
allows it to expand horizontally as the browser window is widened. I
had to hide the 100% width declaration from Windows IE6, however,
because it expands the textarea to 100% of the entire window rather
than the immediate containing element when entering text in the form.
