Hi Karl - As Eric pointed out, this is an IE bug caused by the comments between floats. His
suggestions about removing the comments are correct. Also, in your case, you can put a -3px right
margin on #lower-content and it should fix the problem. The reference Eric gave you is a good one
for more information on this bug.
