Print style question

I doubt that. A print CSS allows you to format the document, but all of
the above are actually added by the browser. To remove those, you need to
set these settings in the browser. In Firefox, this is pretty nicely
arranged:

In IE it is a bit more cryptic, but still in the "page setup" menu.

I doubt that you can change that setting via CSS.
