Not really. The belief that floats are "out of the flow" is
only partially true. Yes they can cover other elements, but
they don't cover inline content or other floats. AP elements
NEVER affect other elements and can cover anything.
Also, floats are tied to a specific point in the flow, even tho
they don't push down following block elements like static elements.
So one can't really fault MS for avoiding that "flow" terminology.
Their actual HANDLING of floats is another thing entirely! :-0
