Problem in Firefox, background missing Ok in IE6 Win

Move this snippet of code:

..centercoltext {
	color: #000000;/*themecolour4%0;*/
	border-top-width: 0px;
	border-right-width: 0px;
	border-bottom-width: 3px;
	border-left-width: 0px;
	border-bottom-style: solid;
	border-bottom-color: #f7f90e;/*themecolour2;*/
	padding-right: 20px;
	padding-left: 20px;
	background-color: #ffffff;/*themecolour4;*/
	background-image: url(March2004_files/March2004_topbar.gif);
	background-repeat: repeat-x;
}

to the bottom of your styles and it works fine. Thus i imagine one of
your other 50 billion style definitions is over riding it and IE is
incorrectly ignoring it.
