My sincerest apologies! I guess I assumed that the CSS gurus on the
list use something like the web developer toolbar (mentioned by Dave)
for IE. I use Mozilla almost exclusively.
As requested, I have combined all the stylesheets into one. If you
re-visit the URL, all the CSS is in screen.css and each section is
marked and included in the order it appeared in the prior @import
section.
