CSS padding/margin/border in IE and Firefox

Good ol' IE -- removing  the white space seems to work on IE6, so you
end up with
<div id="frame"><img src="http://markdrayton.info/test/plant.jpg"
alt="flowers by ikea"/></div>
all on one line.
