[css-d] Background image and padding

Hi,

Any idea why the background image and padding does not work in NN4 on Mac?

background-color: #FFFFFF;
background-image: url(../img/common/bg.gif);
margin: -10px 0 0 -10px;
}

html body {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
