Greeting all,
When I found myself asking "Is this even possible with css?" I knew
this was the place to turn. Here is the breakdown, the client wants the
header to scale with the window and scroll horizontally at 780px. I have
2 boxes floating left and right, respectively. Of course, all is well
until the window narrows passed 780px. Then the tabs to the right will
drop below and to the right of the logo and end up behind the red bar.
That's no good for my client.
I've been knockin my head against the wall on this one. The url is:

If anyone has the free time to look at this website and help devise a
solution, I would greatly appreciate it.
