[css-d] I have succumbed to the dark side

Although it is the lighter side of the dark side....

After working all night on my site, someone (helpfully!) told me that it
caused Netscape4 to crash.  It's not the first time this has come up.

I gave up.  It was a moment of weakness, but I did it.

No, I didn't give up CSS and go back to tables and Netscape hacks.

But I did utilize a bit of PHP magic to make sure that NO ONE using
Netscape version < 5 will ever see my CSS.

They might even get a little bonus instead, but I'll leave that to the
curious :-)
