Floated element ignored in IE for PC?

Yes!  it is fixed...i think the CSS-D server was down so i didn't 
receive any replies and i thought my message was lost.  After messing 
with it for a while I floated the content area (#main) to the right and 
added "clear:both" to #footer and everything seems to work.  If any of 
you want to review or look for any other errors here are the files...
