It is not a bug; form elements in Safari are drawn by the OS. Idem for
Opera Mac and Omniweb 4.5, partly so for IE Mac; partly so for iCab
(and the asme goes for the 'other' platform) Firebird and other Gecko
use their own rendering, which is using CSS (but it seems that they are
heading in the same direction as Safari; that is, relying on the OS).
