I checked that page in the indicated
browsers and the radii are nice,
but the page scrolls extremely slowly.
I didn't want to wade into that user-
unfriendly style sheet, but I'm still 
curious. Is it those radii, the 
position: fixed menu <div>, or both
together or what?
