Hi Dave - Can't help with the Mac issues, but I might be able to help on the others.

There doesn't seem to be any content in the form to display. There's nothing displaying in Moz, Op7
or IE6, either, on a PC.

Okay, I think this one can be fixed by adding an opening paragraph tag before the text in the first
paragraph in the centercontent section. The closing tag is there, but not the opening one.
