There's a clue waiting to be discovered in the headers of my messages.
Beyond that, it essentially says what Netscape 4 looks like with
stylesheets and JS disabled without needing to blather that verbiage.
Set that way, N3 renders pretty much the same as N4 (while requiring a
small fraction of the system resources). IOW, the site makes no
substantial attempt at presentability absent css capability in the
visitor's UA.
