Thanks for a very detailed explanation Ian. That was certainly more and
better information than I had been able to synthesize on my own.
It would indeed seem that your assertion was valid, based on the information
at hand.
I think this is a practical contribution to the CSS body of knowledge, and
hence on-topic.
At least it was news to me, having expected major improvements in the
Longhorn web-browser.
Personally, I'll leave it here until we receive more information.
