Hello list, I suppose we all know by now that FIR doesn't work as expected, and that it has the additional disadvantage of requiring needless markup. However, having checked the Wiki, Dave Shea's (excellent) overview [1], and a few other resources, I'm left a little confused as to which technique is the best. I seem to like [2] because it is so simple. Did people here reach any consensus,?
