Attaching CSS in email

1) Excellent Wiki. We are implemented HTML email in several of our
applications and found that it was a mixed bag of CSS and HTML email will
support. The only way you can insert an image is to give the complete path
back to the server which we decided not to do. We ended up with a very basic
HTML 3 level page with very minimal CSS. 

2) Not everyone has a choice. Many workplaces dictate EXACTLY what email
program you will use and you cannot use anything else.
