Outlook and Outlook Express will use Internet Explorer to display
HTML-based e-mail, so no problem there. Since Hotmail and Yahoo! are
Web-based, it's likely that CSS will work, but it may strip the headers
and just display the body--I couldn't tell you for sure, since I don't use
them.
