Macs and the CSS style: font-variant: small-caps;

Sent by Steve Rinaldi on 26 November 2003 18:06

Hi there,

I have just had a MAC user point out something to me that I was unaware of
(me being a windows person).

I just finished a page for this guy and here told me that the following
title - 'A matter of life and death' - didn't have capitals on every word. I
told him that every word is set to 'small caps' which in turn he disagreed
with. He sent me a screen grab and indeed the 'smallcaps' style is not
recognised on the MAC.

To cut a long story short - Is this true or a glitch with the browsers? He
is using safari and IE and NN7 on OS 10.2

Thanks
Steve
