CSS site check

On NN7.1 for WinXP, the black background doesn't completely fill up the 
main content area.  There's a gap on the right and bottom (I guess this 
is the same thing in Firebird).  Also, I found the text somewhat hard to 
read -- not the size, but just the white on black.  I would increase the 
line-height to fix that.

Also, the animation of the logo really caused the pages to lag while 
loading.
