Ok, so the standard is use 101% for body font-size -
Use nothing less than 1em for all other font sizes -
Unless it's a fine print or small copyright then say a 0.8em would be 
acceptable...?

I'm just trying to figure out what works across all browsers ( ha ha ) - 
Sorry for asking this
so many times.

( And because, on /my/ screen, a 100% 1em font size is huge! which is 
why I've been using
80% as a base font-size. )
