If you don't care about Opera 5 and 6, you can safely use "100%" AFAIK, but
those older Operas have a rounding error resulting in a one pixel smaller
font-size than expected. "101%" or even "100.01%" solves this. See

*20.html for the overkill.

Beware that with complex nesting etc. even the small difference between 100%
and 100.01% may become significant.
