Thank you for the answers. I see I indeed erred.
I believe this may have been discussed in the past, but perhaps even so, you
can bear with me:
If I am using keywords like small, medium and x-small, does this pose any
presentational issues? I defined for the body:
body { font-size: small; }
so the issue of IE's relativity I think should not cause any surprises.
Is there a good reason to avoid these keywords and use ems or percentages
instead?
