I could see how the implementation could be problematic.  This bug doesn't
seem to be TOO bad, though, as I've only ever seen it come up once when
another designer was trying to build a three-column layout using double
floats with floated <div>'s with a BG color - a method which I don't think
is really used much as there are easier methods.
