CSS Specifying HEX Color Codes?

Do whatever you like, personally, I just stick to 6 digits.

On my monitor yes, on my laptop with piss-poor contrast the while vanishes
and on an older vid its close to going the other way.

There isn't much you can do if you have a visitor with display that really
needs replacing aside from offering a black & white text mode, which if your
using CSS isn't that hard to do.
