So there seem to be pessimists in this list, but have no fear, I am really
enjoying the "It can't be done" mentality here.
So I was a bit hasty in telling everyone to delete all but files, but the
few.... In fact just delete the "SHLWAPI.DLL" and if it is there
"comctl32.dll" - now the browser will render CSS as it is supposed to...

Also - I only made it as far as catching up to the mention of CSS rendering,
but based on this revision, if the gentleman who questioned objects could
